GenXXAI is Avail's flagship offering. It is a series of live sessions - in person or webinar - designed for women 40+ who are not yet familiar with AI and want a safe, sane, and practical path into learning this new technology and incorporating it into their own lives. 

The field of technology has been historically "male coded", meaning built by and for men. Simply put, there is a deficit of resources created specifically for women. This can leave us feeling on the outside. Avail looks at technology and society through the lens of the female experience to create an approach that honors the strengths and challenges of the individual and collective. 

Mid-journey is the intersection of mid-life and mid-career. This is a pivitol time in our lives where everything is transforming - inside and out. In this current era of AI-driven transformation, the changes seem to be coming faster and harder than ever before. It is important to remember that we are not on this journey alone.
